Over the last few days there have been many headlines and many reports regarding the tragic situation materialising in Japan in the aftermath of the massive earthquake and tsunami which have caused mass devastation. There are issues regarding homes which have been dragged into the sea, a lack of power in the region, tens of thousands of people missing, whole villages and towns having been swept away not to mention the ongoing problems with regards the various nuclear-power stations on the coast. While every government around the world continues to look at offering assistance and help to the Japanese authorities the Indian government has already moved to confirm that the 25,000 Indians living in Japan are perfectly safe and out of harms way.
