How is Bahrain Now a days?`

Hey Guys

One of my friend want to join a job in Bahrain and he wants to explore about the peace conditions in Bahrain before he accept employment offer in Bahrain.

The Syria is still burning with Arab unrest, how is Bahrain? Please suggest. If it is not advisable to join NRIs in Bahrain then which country is advisable for NON RESIDENT INDIANs.
