Need advice

Hello all Expats,

I have moved to Liverpool from India and hold a residency permit for uk. I am an Elelctrical technician (03 yrs diploma in electrical engineering from mumbai) and looking for work in uk. I have 08 yrs of experience in field of engineeriing in sector's such as paint manufacturing,installation and commissioning of textile machine and supervision in installing and maintaning all electrical wiring and work associated with electrical installation of residential and commercial building.
I have obtained my Indian Qualification equivalent certificate in uk from naric and they have assessed it as a BTEC national diploma (nvq level 3).
I am looking for any job opening in manufacturing as maintenance technician or as an electricain in construction as its more suitable for my work experience.
I would like to know whether my qualification is enough to obtain a job in these fields or do i have to obtain some uk qualification? what are my chances of getting an interview with my qualification and experience in uk? Do i have to do some electrical standard code certification? Any advice and guidance from my experience expats would help. Regards

You seem to have sufficient qualification and experience. You only need to contact with placement agencies for placement. They will guide you further.
