hi..I am new to this forum...I am shifting to ABUDHABI FROM HYDERBAD this september becoz i got admission in MASDAR INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY..I am thinking of buying a smartphone..so if any body could guide me regarding this issue where to buy and at cheaper rates available or not compared to indian prices ????pls help me
