climate for me was use to be a biggest challenge. After living here almost 20 years you slowly get use to it. initially you will have a culture shocks, these you can overcome by learn to speak dutch language and integrate to the lifestyle. socialize with the locals and try to watch some good dutch television serials, this will help you to know and adopt to the new country.
