Can I renew the same, BEFORE expiry (in August 2012)?

Due to the above enhancement, effective 14 April 2012, all UAE Dirham (AED) payments instructions processed in UAE are required to carry IBAN in the beneficiary account number. IBAN was implemented on 19 November 2011 with a grace period ending on 14 April 2012.
