Finding the right job for one’s qualifications and salary needs is a tedious and difficult process fraught with frustration and disappointment for immigrants moving to Australia. Many are forced to take up jobs that are either low paying or underemploying them. These conditions were found in a new study led by a psychology professor of Indian origin.
